Agent Growth System (AgentGrowthSystem.ai) is a real estate coaching program I operate. I'm Ben Meyer, and in this policy "I," "me" and "Agent Growth System" all mean me, as the operator of the program. This policy explains, in plain language, what I collect when you sign up and how I use it.

What I collect

  • Information you give me on my forms: name, email, mobile number, brokerage, your role and your biggest bottleneck.
  • Whether you checked the optional box agreeing to text messages.
  • Basic technical data from my website host (such as IP address and browser type) used to run and secure the site.

How I use it

  • To send you the Insider Kit and the short follow-up emails you signed up for.
  • If you opted in, to send text messages about coaching (see my SMS terms).
  • To answer your questions and tell you about coaching programs that fit your situation.

What I don't do

  • I don't sell your personal information.
  • I don't share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Who helps me

I use service providers (for example, website hosting, form handling, email and texting tools) that process your information only to provide those services to me.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from emails any time using the link in any email.
  • Stop texts any time by replying STOP.
  • Email me to ask what I hold about you, or to correct or delete it.

Keeping it safe

I take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Changes

If I update this policy, I'll change the date at the top of this page.
